Established in late 2005, specialistauctions.com is a trading division of Vujoo Ltd.

The whole concept of Vujoo and therefore SpecialistAuctions, is based around communities. Communities whether they are established sporting clubs, collecting groups or people with special interests. The concept revolves around leveraging the support within these communities and creating a safe and cost effective environment where communities can interact. In SpecialistAuctions case, enabling buying and selling between each other.

The founders of VuJoo Ltd are a group of people who, over the last decade, have all delighted in buying and selling specialist goods on other well known auction sites.

Over the last few years the approach and ethos of these sites has not remained consistent to where we and many others would like it to be.  We were faced with two alternatives: like it and lump it or put your money where your mouth is.

You have arrived at our decision.

What we are not trying to do is rewrite the rule book or even be clever, our aim is simple:

• Keep costs fair and consistent


• Work closely with communities


• Keep fakes and forgeries out


• Offer a sensible alternative selling platform


• Avoid becoming a jumble sale
