This is such a beautiful silk dress by Nora Noh.  It was originally purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue.  The Asian influence is seen in the mandarin collar, the print and button details.  It has slightly puffed sleeves.  Hidden pockets. Size 12: Bust (armpit to armpit):  20½" Hem is 48" around Note:  No defined waist or hips Shoulder to shoulder: 14" Back of neck to hem: 44" Armpit to hem: 37" 11" side slit Designer:  Nora Noh Fabric Content:  100% Silk Care:  Dry Clean Only Condition is excellent.
