These are my resources which will be put on to CD for you. Other lecturers and trainers can adapt them to suit their individual needs (training not re-sale).
Payment within 7 days please (thank you) by Paypal, BACS, Cheque or Postal Order.
I send all CDs by first class post - despatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment (either the same day or the following working day).
Payments received after 5.00 p.m. weekdays - CDs will be posted the following day.
Payments received before 10.00 a.m. Saturday morning - CDs will be posted Saturday morning.
Payments received after 10.00 a.m. Saturday morning and on a Sunday - no further postal collections. CDs will be posted Monday.
Please also note that there are no Royal Mail collections or deliveries on a Bank Holiday.
If a CD arrives damaged or faulty you do not need to return the CD to me – simply contact me and I will replace it for you.
