A: To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections and complete the details asked for |

Q: Is there a charge to register?

A: We are currently offering FREE membership to our auction site. We do not anticipate this changing but reserve the right to charge new members a joining fee in the future. Once you have joined - as a FREE member you will never have to pay for your membership |

Q: I'm under 18 and can't signup?

A: In accordance with standard law under 18's cannot participate in auctions as they are legally binding contracts |

HOW TO SELL

Q: How can I list an item?
|
|
A: You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

Q: How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

A: You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

Q: Can I use HTML when listing an item?
|
|
A: Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

Q: Can I use a template?
|

A: You are welcome to use a template but, have you seen our pre-filled auction items facility? If not, please see our answers to speeding up auction listings as you can pre fill many of the standard areas such as payments, returns policy, postage costs and so on. These can be changed on an auction by auction basis if you need to of course. If you want a different look, fonts, sizes, font colours and background colours can all be changed to suit your needs |

Q: Can I use Javascript?

A: We do not allow the use of Javascript in descriptions due to the security threat these scripts pose |

Q: Can I relist my items that don't sell?
|
|
A: When you set up your item auctions you'll see a tick box asking if you'd like to Auto Relist. If you place a tick in the box you're item will be relisted 20 times. While relisting is free, if you have selected any payable options these will be charged for each relist |

Q: I can't see the Snap it up button
|

A: The system is set up to stop anyone from bidding on or buying, their own items, this means that when logged in, you will not see the Snap it Up button on you own items. You will however be able to see it if your are logged out. |

HOW TO BID

Q: How can I place a bid?

A: To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

HOW TO SET UP PRE-FILLED AUCTION FIELDS

Q: Set up standard info
|

A: In most auctions there is a certain amount of information that remains constant. It can be a fairly time consuming job to re-enter this if you have number of items to list or are a regular user. Log in to your account and click the 'My Auctions' icon, when the page has loaded there will be a number of text links directly under the icons. Click on 'Set up pre-filled Auction fields'. Here you can set up all of the variable fields - they can be changed auction by auction if you need to do so. A great and easy time saver! |

Q: Can I use a bulk lister?

A: We have a bulk lister under testing but this is a 'Beta' version and until it is fully developed and we are happy with it, prefer not to recommend that you use it |

Q: Can I see what I owe?

A: Of course. Log on to your account, on the left you will see a menu - MEMBERS AREA with either a (-) or (+) click the (+) to open the menu. Under My Account click on either My Details or View & Pay My Bill to see the balance you have outstanding and your credit limit. |

Q: Can I have a bigger limit?

A: Our Preferred Sellers can have a higher limit, these are sellers who are selling higher volumes of items and have a good credit history with us |

A: Log on to your account, on the left you will see a menu - MEMBERS AREA with either a (-) or (+) click the (+) to open the menu. Under My Account click on or
1. If you have an outstanding balance you will see a PayPal link to our payment gateway, click on this. You do not need a PayPal account to use the facility.
2. If you prefer to pay your fees by cheque you are welcome to do so, details are in your My Details area |

A: We invoice all users with an outstanding balance owing every month, there is a link in the email we generate to our payment gateway in this email |
