Please do remember that most of what we sell is not 'new'. It is currently in a smoke-free home. All washable vintage items are hand-laundered by my personal assistant (under my CLOSE supervision). We dry-clean vintage at our discretion, to keep the prices reasonable, and recommend it when it means you can buy the item at a lower price!
And what is ''Have A Haggle?'' It's like that Best Offer thing on that other site. In plain English, you make me an offer of your best price, and I can make a counter-offer. Then I send you a figure that is acceptable to moi, and we go back and forth until we reach an agreement. It's great fun!
Returns are not accepted for fit issues. Complete measurements have been provided. Please allow 2 inches leeway on fitted vintage items such as coats, dresses, etc. as vintage fashions were worn with far more constricting undergarments than those worn today. Returns are not accepted unless the item has been grossly misrepresented, and the Fashionista is known for her pin-point accuracy!
